Patrick

Patrick began his career in large-scale construction and project management, gaining formative experience with Toll Brothers and Clark Construction Group, where he developed expertise in budgeting, scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control within high-end residential construction environments.

In 2006, Patrick founded a custom home building company and has overseen the completion of more than 75 custom homes in Northern Virginia. For more than 18 years, he has led land acquisition, entitlement, financing, vertical construction, and the sale of custom and speculative homes.

His experience includes full-cycle development responsibility, from underwriting and lot procurement through construction management, lender coordination, cost control, and final disposition.

Patrick is also a licensed Virginia real estate salesperson, providing him with direct insight into pricing strategy, buyer demand, and resale positioning within the Vienna and greater Fairfax County market.

Maegan

Maegan brings a strong background in interior design, small business operations, and residential construction and remodeling to Vienna Custom Homes.

She was raised in a family-owned manufacturing business. Her family owned and operated Walmer Enterprises, which began as a dollhouse manufacturing company and later evolved into custom cabinetry production. This experience provided early exposure to cabinetry and millwork design, woodworking, production systems, quality standards, and vendor management within a manufacturing setting.

During this time, she earned her certification as an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Maegan has extensive experience in high-end interior design and in the design/build remodeling industry. She works directly with homeowners on space planning, finish selections, budgeting alignment, and project coordination for residential design projects. Her experience bridges aesthetic design with practical construction execution and cost awareness.
